* After completing the form, we will contact you to provide the payment link according to the options chosen.
*You will receive an email address registered when you complete the form.
*Indicate the IMVU account you will be using.
*The creator is responsible for the information submitted. We are not responsible for incorrect links, store/creator names, or images. Please verify that all information is correct before submitting.
