Can I leave the textures I buy DERIVATIVE?

NO!  You cannot leave textures as derivable. If you do, you are subject to our DMCA removal of your product. Important: When you bought the textures, you accepted our rules. By leaving your products derivable without permission, you risk losing your products. Read our rules and policy

I only know how to derive. Is this different from creating with your packages?

Yes, the derivation is different from you creating. Generally, in the derivation you publish the same product or with a different color than the base product. In our packages you will create from a base mesh, having a lower cost in the derivation of the product and consequently, you will have a greater profit on your sales. You will also be able to change the colors of the textures that you have purchased, having customized them your way and differentiating your store from the others.

Do you sell textures for credits?

NO! We don’t sell textures for credits. This is against IMVU rules. We only accept cash payments, with paypal.

If I change the ACCOUNT NAME do I need to inform Makeyourshopimvu?

Yes, if you change your IMVU account name, you must send us a message informing you of the new account name.

What payment methods do you take?

Currently we only accept Pay-Pal payments. You may pay with debit or credit cards, but it must be through Pay-Pal.

What is the minimum order amount I can buy from makeyoushopimvu.©?

We don’t have a minimum dollar amount set for purchases.

Can I resell a texture?

No! You are not authorized to resell any files purchased within makeyourshopimvu.com. In cases of resale, it will be reported to the DMCA. The authorized reseller in Brazil is VihFirel.

Can I forward a file or part of it to someone else?

No! You may not repost any files purchased within makeyoushopimvu.©. Reselling and passing on is considered theft. And in that case, it is reported to the DMCA.

Can I change the color and/or add elements to the file?

Yes you can! The purpose of makeyourshopimvu is to help those who want to have a store and make a living from it, but who find it difficult to mess with any editing program.

But if I paid for the file, why can't I repost or resell it, even though I've made changes?

Because there is such a thing as copyright. Recoloring/modifying something that you have been authorized to buy does not give you the right to resell something that, on the basis, was not made by the buyer, but by the seller.

I bought a file, but I made a mistake in the purchase. Can I replace or get my money back?

No! Once purchased, money will not be refunded, and the file will not be replaced with something of the same value. Please pay close attention before completing your purchase.

May I have a discount for my alternative account?

We don’t give discounts for alternative accounts. If you want to use the texture on more than one account, you must purchase the texture more than once. For more information, read our rules.

I purchased files from your store but I haven't received a download link. What do I do?

There could be a few reasons why this can happen:
First of all you should check your spam folder in your email. Is your download email not there? Next step:
Log in to your Pay-Pal and make sure that your payment is not on hold. If this is the case, we have to wait until pay-pal clears your payment… but don’t worry! Our system will send your files automatically once the payment is cleared. After the release you will receive an email and you can also access our download the files.

Can I purchase files for a friend?

We don’t allow purchasing files directly as gifts. Files come with licenses, permissions and rules that must be followed. These are detailed in our product descriptions that are available to read before a customer makes a purchase. If you gift files, the person may never read these license descriptions and can end up breaking their license unknowingly, putting them at risk of a copyright infraction notice.

We are always open to suggestions on new files. Feel free to suggest new additions to our collection. Contact us using the contact form.

Can you make me a custom file just for me?

We don’t currently take custom commissions at this time.
